Service was horrible. Might as well spent 10 minutes just wiping it down myself. Interior and exterior still got dirt everywhere

I love this place i recently got my truck washed and yesterday I got my husbands car we both got the "The Ultra Works" package with the works and also added on RainX on the exterior of the vehicles. Yesterday i came across LOUIS , although most people there are good. This guy is great, very detailed, he even did the metal inside the car doors, i didnt get picks of the cars interior but i did for my truck, totally recommend this company and especially LOUIS!!!

They consistently go above and beyond. I drive past many other car washes to get to them. It's almost like my car has been detailed after they clean it.

Stopped in today to have my car detailed inside and out. I bought the ultra package. It really needed it don't get me wrong but the level of service I got left much more to be desired and left me mad that I even wasted my time here. They didn't clean the mats (which you can see other members of their team doing), didn't bother with the cup holders, left crumbs in the gear shift cover, left sticker reside on the inside of the window, left light dust/mud on the inside of the doors, didn't vacuum the back seat well/in the crevices leaving crumbs, didn't detail the outside very well, didn't add in the air freshner, and last but not least left the back of my car completely filthy to the level that I brought it in. Not impressed. I could have done that myself. I came there for one stain imparticular. I was charged $25! Plus tipping two guys!! $5 each!! They had to be told again to actually treat the stain!! Definitely not worth the $$.the workers are only after money not doing a thorough job!! I’m disappointed I went. Waste of money. And the guy when giving him a $5 tip was very unappreciative and looking in my hand as if he wanted the rest of what was in it! No for $25 -$5 is plenty and I had to tip two guys!
