I was legitimately scammed here. I called and asked for an estimate to replace seals and bearings and was told it would be $800. Aaron acts friendly and earns your trust early on, but it's a front. I brought it in for inspection and they said it would be $1200. It was still cheaper than the other guys so I said okay. They told me to come back in 2 weeks. Aaron said he trusted me so I didn't have to pay half up front and told me not to leave him out to dry (Red flag. By not paying half, he had the ability to change the price later. This then allows the scam to take place). I called a few days before I brought the truck in to make sure they had the parts and they said yes. Well, when I went to pick up my truck, Aaron said "when I felt the aftermarket parts in my hands, I couldn't put them on

I was sent here by another mechanic that said I needed a new rear deferential due to horrible vibration when speed hit 65 mph. Aaron and his team were phenomenal. They all surrounded my suv with their eyes, ears and even a stethoscope. Turned out I just needed a tire balance. Apparently some shops don’t do frequent calibrations on their machines. What could have been thousands of dollars turned out to be less than $100. Aaron didn’t even charge me for diagnostic because this shop had been the fourth shop that I went to for the same issue. Each saying something different. He could see that I was overwhelmed and felt that I would never find the answer to my issue.
