Telle Tire exceeded our expectations for excellent, prompt, and friendly service! We were about two hours away from home when the Service Engine fault light came on, and our SUV started shaking due to engine misfiring. Providentially, we were right across the street from Telle Tire. The Service Manager, Nickolas Chapman, walked across the street to check out our vehicle, and then got it right into the shop for an inspection. In a few minutes he notified us that they needed to order a new ignition coil, and he quoted us a reasonable price. While we waited, we noticed that the waiting room was clean with snacks such as chips, coffee, tea, and pops. The restroom was also clean, with point-of-use warm water at the sink. Honest and trustworthy. I own a German vehicle with “Run Flat” tires. One had a slow leak. My dealer didn’t even consider repairing it. They wanted to replace a perfectly good tire for $450. Thank goodness they needed to order it. Just for grins I stopped at Telle in WG. They removed a nail, repaired it and handed me a bill for $0.00. I’m a new and happy customer.

The service was prompt, professional, and they got me back on the road quickly. It’s reassuring to find a shop you can trust when you’re dealing with unexpected tire issues. They were phenomenal to work with. My mechanic recommended them for an issue he couldn’t handle at his shop. They got me in quickly, were exceedingly courteous, and did fantastic work. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have been a customer for a couple years; ever since I babied my dying mini van into their parking lot an hour before closing one night. I know next to nothing about car mechanics, but the technicians and service personnel were polite and kind. This time I brought in my mini van for new brakes. The service was phenomenal!!
