We came here for a NYS inspection and the technician chose to inspect the car without first checking to see if the car was ready for emissions testing. As a result, he charged us $37 to pass us for the safety inspection and failed us for emissions. He then tells us that he has a tool that can check to see whether the car is ready for emissions inspection, and that if we drive for 50 miles or so we can pay an additional $27 for another emissions test. When we asked why he didn’t check to see whether the car was ready for the emissions testing before charging us $37 (since he has a tool that can do so), he argued that we asked him to do an inspection so he just did an inspection. Very shady business practices. Other places that do NYS inspections automatically check to see whether your car

Always had a good experience with Mark and his team. I’ve been taking my car to him for several years. He’s honest about pricing and explains what’s going on with my car in an easy to understand way. Even though I live closer to Manhattan now I’ll still drive out there if I issues. Great shop

This is by far the best and most honest repair shop I have been to. Called Mark in the morning, he got my Audi SQ5 on a tow and my car on his lift within 1-2 hours. He saved me $1000’s on my repair. Mark and his crew of technicians are true professionals. His pricing is fair , he is honest and he stands by his work. I needed engine work on a dodge ram 1500 hemi.
