MTS - Cash For Junk Cars

I got stuck in Saugus a few weeks ago and needed a tow. I found these guys on Google and gave them a call. The driver was awesome and offered a free tow if I got my car serviced with them. I figured why not? I needed to get my car fixed somewhere. I just want to say that not only did they fix the issue, they also found what was causing my damn engine light to be on (which even the dealership wasn't able to do) and fixed that too. And on top of all that they are great people too! I highly recommend them for anything. :)

I’ve used Mass Towing Services twice and gotten great service. Both times I was helped by Ivan, a man any business would be lucky to have. I was amazed at how fast he arrived and how fast he got my car going. But just as important, Ivan is 100% professional and courteous. He’s the kind of person you’d want responding if your wife or daughter needed help. Ivan presents a great image for Mass Towing Services and AAA.

Brian did a wonderful job coming to my house and towing away my old van! very friendly and quick. i also got a pretty good price for junking my van. 😊 Mass towing offered the highest price out of all the places i called. overall great experience.

My car died on Route 3 north, I'm not familiar with the area and called the first place Google recommended. Luxury Towing was disbatched to help me out, who arrived promptly and the man (sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and friendly. He loaded up my car and delivered it to my mechanic in NH. The cost seemed reasonable for about an hours tow. I would highly recommend using this company!

Unfortunately we live in a world that when we have a complaint we will invest endless hours to make our story heard... and when we're happy, we go about our day thinking... well, that's their job. That's unfair to the people of this world who go above and beyond the call of duty to make customers happy. I've had several Tows now by Mass Towing and i don't think it's possible to give them higher marks of satisfaction. i just had a car towed that was hard to get to... required us both PUSHING the darn thing to a point where he could even tow it... and yes, i gave him a generous tip for his above and beyond efforts but i would be cheating them if i didn't make my comments public. i called Mass Towing management to make sure the driver was acknowledged for his good service and the manage
