They don't just fix the car and send you off, Lucas actually showed me what they did and made sure I was happy before I left.
My coworker warned me most shops overcharge after the estimate but that didn't happen here at all.
The estimate came in lower than two other shops and somehow the work came out better too.
They handled everything with Progressive directly so I didn't have to play phone tag or submit paperwork myself.
Brought my SUV in Thursday, got it back Monday looking factory fresh with the paint matched perfectly to the original color.
