I had an excellent experience with Mudgett's Auto Body Shop. Throughout the repair process, they kept me well-informed with timely updates on the progress of my vehicle. They went above and beyond by coordinating with the rental car company to have the vehicle picked up directly from their location once my car was ready. When I arrived for pickup, the team was prompt, professional, and welcoming. The staff, especially Tommy—the owner—was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through the repairs in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the level of service I received. Tommy and the team at Mudgett's Auto Body from start to finish was a phenomenal experience! They were highly referred by a friend and one of the top vendors on state farm's preferred body collision vendor list. The minute i picked up the truck, it was like picking it up off the dealership lot new again! They went above and beyond handling the damage from a deer accident and all the pdr work and damages fixed on the truck was like new again! They even washed the truck and cleaned the inside and out! Great work. I had a dent in my car that was making it impossible to open the passenger side door and Mike offered to bend it back into place for me. Receptionist was really sweet and walked me through how I’d make a claim with my insurance to fix any cosmetic issues.
