We had such an amazing experience here that I was compeled to write a review. My husband is a disabled veteran with ALS. We have an adapted vehicle that had an exhaust issue for quite some time. We sounded like we were racing in the Indy 500. We could not find an exhaust mechanic that could fix our issue due to the adaptions. By chance we called muffler west and they said they could help us. We came in on a Friday to have repaired but due to the adaption to our car he had to order the custom part..We came back on Saturday and within an hours time he was done. When we asked how much we owed he said nothing !! So not only do we not sound like we are lining up to race in the Indy anymore, the kindness and generosity given to us brought me to tears. I had my retaining pin stuck in the hitch of my trailer and was unable to remove it. Chris the owner offered to take a look. He was able to remove the pin easily and did it complimentary. Definitely a go to for me for many of my automotive and trailer needs

Chris got me in last minute on a Saturday morning and had my cat-back system installed in about an hour. Very happy with the results and this would be the first place I'd call if I ever need exhaust work again.

Super cool shop straightforward look you in the eye when you show up type of place came in for a price on a catalytic converter for an old Dodge ram very reasonable. We definitely do business here.

Really cool dude, came in and went out within 30 minutes, had a 2017 Chevy Silverado and had a carven r muffler put on and sounds super dope. No complaints and would 100% recommend
