I called this dealership because I've heard great things about their service and willingness to help customers. Even though I live in a different state. After talking to Jimmy in parts, he advised me that Jeep discontinued the part and you can no longer get an OEM part. However, he directed me to another place where they specialize in the area that I needed. Even though he wasn't going to make a sale to me, he still took the time to help me find what I needed. It's hard to get great customer service in these modern times, especially after covid. Jimmy was great and if I need something in the future, I know I can count on him. Thanks Jimmy!

I love the people at Mullen Moters. Rich and Bill Mullen helped me with the purchase of my Rubicon and their service department has been amazing to work with whenever the car needed any repairs or servicing. I genuinely think that some significant number of people on the north fork own jeeps just because of how reliable this dealership is.

Took my ram 2500 here this week to be serviced and I can’t say enough about what a great experience It was , the service staff had me in and out, the waiting room was nice and clean and comfortable. Mullen is definitely my new dealer.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service, above and beyond! As I am a transplant from CT my Jeep Wrangler wasn't purchased from Mullen Motors. After moving to LI and hearing rave reviews about them I decided to make an appointment for my car inspection and tune-up. Not only was it easy to schedule, the wait time was short and I was given updates as to exactly what needed to be done as well as the cost. I've been going back ever since for all of my servicing and I would recommend Mullen Motors to anyone wanting to be treated like family. They are the best, and I'll always remain a loyal customer.
