Very pleased with the purchase experience for my 2022 F-250 Limited with Mullinax Ford and in particular their sales executive Joe Light. I had been looking for some time with very specific non-negotiable parameters for what I wanted and this exact vehicle popped up at Mullinax…..i reached out and was immediately contacted by Joe…..his response to my enquiry was so quick Initially thought he was an AI bot….sorry again Joe! .However when i mentioned me wanting to make a purchase price offer he informed me that that’s not how Mullinax does business…..my initial reaction was that’s not how I do business and i was ready to walk. Came in on a day he typically didn't work and walked the whole lot with us, rode with on multiple test drives and he made sure we got the best deal we could possibly get that matched our budget. He was insanely knowledgeable, answered every question without wavering. We drove off the lot with no less than what we were looking for and couldn't be more thrilled with our purchase or with Nelson. Great service overall. We hit a few bumps during the purchasing process, but I was able to walk away happy and with a win in the end. Jonathan was awesome—very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. Just be prepared to spend most of the day at the dealership. That said, the final outcome made it worth it. The only hiccup was that the vehicle came with just one key fob, so the dealership now has to order another one and I’ll need to drive from Tampa to pick it up. Aside from that, it was a solid experience. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter where you’re coming from. The managers were awesome as well.

Had been looking for a used F-150 for some time. Saw that Mullinax had taken a local trade and contacted them. I worked with Barry Ross, who was very helpful and responsive. I live a few hours from the dealership, so it was great to be able to manage the purchase remotely and have the truck delivered at no additional cost. Appreciated that Mullinex has no extra dealer fees. Just tax, title and tags. Only reason the rating is not 5 stars is the upfront price was above the market valuation. But happy overall with the service and buying experience and would recommend Mullinax to others for new or used vehicles.

Three years after purchasing my first F-150, I returned to Mullinax to purchase a newer one. Because my first experience was so positive, I came back specifically looking for my original salesman, Dale Brown. Although he was busy that day, Devon King stepped in to assist. I ended up working with both Dale and Devon, and their teamwork made the entire process smooth, efficient, and straightforward. Everything was handled with professionalism and transparency, which made the experience stress-free.
