Best trading/ buying experience. After attempting multiple other dealerships, we found Nicole at mullenix who did nothing short of miracles. We live 6 hours away in another state, but she made the process so incredibly easy and stress free. She took care of everything from searching all of the inventory she had access to, getting our vehicle delivered, making sure it was immaculate and in pristine condition, and having the process basically completed upon our arrival to ensure a quick and easy process for a smooth departure. Communication was very quick, to the point, and easy. She made a potentially painful process so very pleasant and easy. Thank you Nicole for the best service and for our new car!

Edit: Although my original deal could not be salvaged, my salesman James Hankins put in the work and got me a better deal on a new F-250. What might have been a five-star experience, due to Mr. Hankin's great efforts, will average out to a three-star for the overall experience at this dealership. Original Review: Made a deal to buy a truck at full asking price and ran my credit. We got halfway through signing paperwork and was told it only had one key fob. Usually not a big deal, I just asked the dealership to provide the extra key fob.... They told me I could walk! Beyond disrespectful. The s alesman James was awesome, management needs retraining. This is not what I expected from Mullinax's reputation.

I live about 1 hour from dealership. I called before I went and told my salesperson Holly what I was interested in and when I got there she was prepared. I really like the up front pricing model. I have purchased in the past using Carvana and the pricing model is the future in my opinion. I found the truck I liked and was out the door in a couple hours with my new truck. Also, thre website is a big plus and saves a lot of my time. Being fully transparent makes the buying process convenient for the customer

Ms. Nicole Barnett was an absolute joy to work with. She helped me in getting my very first car and helped me with any questions I had along the way. Their financial department was also very clear and concise with me on navigating my payments, my coverage, also any questions I had. It was an absolute joy working with them! Absolutely in love with my 2024 Camry!!

-Great Sales Team, but Finance and Detailing Need Work- I recently purchased a new F-150 from Mullinax Ford, and my experience was a tale of two halves. The Good: I cannot say enough good things about Austyn (Sales) and Johnathan (New Cars Manager). They were friendly, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when I hit some snags with my trade-in (which was my own fault due to registration issues), they handled the extra back-and-forth between Mobile and Pensacola with total professionalism. If it weren’t for these two, I likely would have walked away. The Bad: The experience soured once I reached the finance office. Mike (Finance Manager) treated the interaction as strictly transactional. The moment I declined his "recommended" service plans, his professional demeanor vanished.
