The only real downside to the whole experience was the back-and-forth with the wrong part. I ended up having to locate the correct strut myself so the repair wouldn’t be delayed another three days. At that point, I honestly lost confidence in the parts department because the mistake seemed to come from ordering a strut for a GL model instead of a GLS, which is what my vehicle actually is or they weren’t aware that they come fully extended and will even out under load via the ADS system therefore won’t seat properly until it’s under load and the control arm is jacked up to line up the bolt holes. If not it’s impossible to line up correctly, But again to my point at a premium rate this should be a known aspect. Anyhow That mix-up created unnecessary downtime and uncertainty, and it made me h

He was busy and took the time out to help me with a problem with my Ford F350.The Technicians Check my fluids specially, transmission fluid court low check my differential very helpful very courteous people.
