If you've got a Jag, or any other European car, you need to know about Jack at My Car. I've been bringing my 2 Jaguars to him for years and he's never let me down. He's honest and helpful and he enjoys keeping these cars on the road. After buying my XJ12, I knew it needed some work, and Jack was more than helpful. Even though I didn't have an appointment, he found the time to lift the car and went through it, from front to back, making a list with me about repairs that needed to be done soon, and ones that could wait. He knows where to find parts for these older Jags that may no longer be available. He's fair with parts and labor pricing. He's even helped give advice for work I've done myself. For bigger jobs, when I don't have time or the special tools, Jack takes care of it.

My Car is an exceptional service station. Jack works on several classic Jaguars I own. While I do my own research on service work, I do not do any type of work. I go to him to discuss issues & half the time he tells me everything is fine. He certainly could take advantage; but he has NEVER. He is a kind gentleman, honest & true expert in his trade. His shop is incredible neat & clean. He always lays a clean protective blanket between him & the car to protect the body work. He always uses genuine Jaguar Parts & Fluids unless he advises you that other aftermarket items are better/value. Highly recommend.

Jack was recommended by the service manager at Kaplan Jaguar in Warwick. Evidently he worked there for many years before opening his current shop. Essentially she said, "If it's your vintage Jaguar, there's nobody on the planet better equipped to service it." She was right. Although he's a hour away from me, it was well worth the trip. My current (and also a very capable) mechanic wasn't able to diagnose my problem because his scanner couldn't read the Jaguar system. I called Jack and brought the car out there for him to diagnose. He called back within a couple hours and told me what the problem was; what was needed to fix it and how much it would cost. He uses nothing but Jaguar OEM parts and he kept the car for three days as he waited for the parts to arrive. He was within $7 of

Jack is an amazing Technical Wizard! He fixed my broken conv. Top on my 2007 Jaguar XK conv. Where as no one else could even determine what was wrong with it. I am an absolute car care fanatic with my cars. The shop was clean and after talking with Jack, I knew my car was in good hands. The car is in absolute pristine condition for its age and has ALWAYS been garaged and hand washed and waxed. His knowledge of these particular cars reassures you and accordingly, you place your confidence in him. The ABS module was kicking on the ABS dash light. All diagnostics indicated to change the entire ABS unit. Without changing the pump, he sent out the electrics portion and had it repaired. Other shops would have replaced the entire pump unit for upteen hundreds more. His expertise saved a complete brake flush and pump. Also, try to get the parts for these OLDER models !!
