I called on a Friday because the bulb i replaced on my headlight was out again and when i looked and the socket was damaged. The lady said 2pm was too late to bring it for same day. We agreed Monday morning. Over the weekend i purchased the new socket. I noticed it should have been plug and play but it was wired in. I wasnt able to replace myself. I gave the parts to the mechanic on monday. He said he would fix. I wasn't given an estimate. They changed me $199.00 for the repair. I called a little after leaving because $199 seemed high and i felt taken advantage of. They seem like nice people so i called and asked. They told me i had signed initially agreeing to 199 per hour diagnose time. I didn't realize i was paying a diagnosis labor, to me the issue was obvious and i brought the part

My Car Shop has been "our go to" mechanic for years. Just recently we brought our 4Runner in because of unstable suspension accompanied with strange noise. Turned out we had a broken shock. After we picked up our 4Runner, we were amazed at the smoothness of the ride. I was so impressed, they also checked our filters for clean cabin air flow. They completed the work in 1 days time. They are honest & very reasonable My husband says he always learn something new by just speaking with them.

It is a scam. They charge me 671 over a thermostat house in. I bought the part $23. 10 minutes early before went there it was a Friday they seem a cool people but they were liars because they tell you something and they charge you a lot. It’s not fair. I’ve got charged almost $700 with the card fee. I had to make two different transactions and I had to pay card fees on both times they were telling they’re not gonna get my car fix in one day but one hour later I had a phone call and a text message with the bill on it of $671 same happened to that guy? They said you made an initial.

I had an issue with my car. I took my car to the dealership twice and they were unable to identify the problem during either visit. My neighbor has used My Car Shop for many years and suggested I try them. Glad I did!! They identified the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and completed the repair! My car now runs like new!!! I’m totally pleased with My Car Shop employees and the service I received. I highly recommended them for anyone needing auto repair!!!

Kyle and his crew are amazing. They do fantastic work and stay at it til they fix the problem. It’s super nice to have a full service auto shop that is very efficient and you can trust their word!
