Roy and Will took great care of us! These guys were honest, clear, professional, responsive, and thorough. The entire process from start to finish was just great. They even let us drive the van we were looking at all the way back to Grand Rapids to let our mechanic check it out. No hidden fees, no last minute surprises, and no pressure for add-ons. Roy and Will were also just plain friendly and so doing business with them was a great experience. It's been a month and our new vehicle is running like a dream. Next time we're shopping, we'll definitely look here first.

They were nice people and accommodating. They even pulled the car I was there to see into the garage so it wouldn’t be super cold or have any snow on it. But they lied about prices. I asked for my OTD price and it was originally at right around 19,170. I put 6k down. Now, when the loan has posted to my account, the loan amount is not right. After looking through the papers, they added additional taxes, listing it as “fees paid to government agencies” AFTER they gave me the original OTD price. So that added nearly 700$. Additionally, don’t get their gap insurance they offer here. It’s a 1k charge, which they refuse to tell you the total price of, just the monthly payment added with gap insurance. I would like to start off saying the staff is very welcoming. I do understand I purchased a used pick-up truck. I was told how well the truck was serviced and inspected prior to being put on the lot. Unfortunately, two days and 75 miles later it is already in the shop for repairs. Two days and its already a terrible investment. Great guys but will never see my business again.

I cannot say enough about every one at this dealership. From the salesman Dave, to Finance guy River to Manager Cody. They went well beyond what any other dealership attempted to get me out of a situation I didn’t want to be in. They fought, attempted and succeeded in getting me out of a vehicle I hated and into something I wanted and feel in love with. They worked hours on getting me approved for the right deal that made sense to me and worked for me and not there top line.
