Absolute scammers bought a vehicle from amy. It was in the shop more than a dozen times and sat over 30 days Within 2 months. Within a week it was in the shop!! Was told by a professional shop that their mechanics hid issues and caused more problems and broke items on the car while trying to hide shitty work!! They accused us of running the brakes within 2 weeks.. They were steel to steel on the rotors. Which we paid $600 + out of pocket for them to fix.. Even though they're slogan is they are road ready.. then they squealed so bad, that another mechanic shop said that they were the cheapest of the cheap and the rotors were already rusted within 2 months. Which we had to go back and replace again. The another part of many they replaced went out they were supposed to call us when it came in

Took my Mom's (She's 82) car in for a second opinion due to local Ford dealership (Fort Smith) telling her of all the issues with her car. FYI. car is Ford Escape 2015 with less than 60,000 miles. She was scared to even drive her car home after just getting her oil changed and tires rotated (that's another story). Called My Cloud and we took it in next morning and they went through it from front to back. They even put it up on the rack to show her. No issues!!! We talked to them while they were checking it out and they showed Mom the so called issues that didn't exist. She got to see that her car was fine and gave her such peace of mind. Also, when she went to pay, her balance was ZERO! The peace of mind they gave her was PRICELESS. We won't be taking any of our vehicles ANYWHERE

Justin and Amy from My Cloud Autos has taken advantage of two young adults. My fiancée and I just moved to OK. recently in search of work so we scraped up every dime we could (with help) and took their word. We got an 03 dodge caravan that has more problems than you could imagine. We stopped in Pocola on the way home from buying the car due to an oil light, so we called Justin and he said they’d fix the oil sensor. I wasn’t too sure if that was our issue, due to a puddle of something below the car but I didn’t know if that was from a previous vehicle in the spot. I shrugged it off. I overall do not recommend this place. This Is my review from 3 years ago. We came from nearly 3 hours away to purchase a vehicle that we were Interested In (a 2005 GMC Envoy). We had made prior meeting arrangements but when we arrived we had to sit & wait around for maybe 20 or so minutes for the employee to show up cause the owner/person we talked to was out of town. When the employee did show up, she was quick & nice & we were able to get the key quickly to test drive It.The vehicle was OK, nothing more. It was a 2005 GMC Envoy. Ms. Amy and Mr. Justin really took care of me with my vehicle purchase I've had 5 paid for lemons in. 2 years and I went to My cloud auto sales and I finally got a vehicle that not a lemon!! they were so courteous and just all around great people I will only purchase my vehicles from My cloud auto from now on.
