Moved to Brick, NJ in 2021 and needed a good, honest and reliable mechanic/ auto repair shop. Charlie is THAT man. He always went above and beyond and I always bring me and my wife's cars to get repairs done and serviced. always fair pricing and just an honest man and mechanic and he always helped me and my wife when we are short on money and we would work out some kind of payment plan. very blessed to have Charlie and his crew at My Family Auto, they always deliver and provide excellent service. Would 150% recommend you bring your vehicles here to get serviced/ repairs done

My family Auto is a throwback to the good old days where neighbors helped neighbors. You will not find a more honest or sincere shop anywhere. My husbands car was on the brink and now he says he feels like he has a brand new car. Charlie is an absolutely wonderful and kind man!! We are so grateful to have found him.

Came from NYC to check a car in Brick I was interested in buying and chose Family Auto to quickly inspect the vehicle after reading good reviews. BEST decision I made. Charlie was so transparent, attentive to details, and accommodating as he was already very busy but squeezed me in without hesitation. He took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms and give me honest recommendations. Ended up purchasing the vehicle and left it at his shop (TWO hours from my home) to get fixed because I knew he would do an amazing job and could trust him. When it comes to taking your vehicle to a place you can trust this place is definitely it! Not only do they care they are extremely fair with pricing. If you want a mechanic shop that you and your loved ones can depend on look no further this is the place!! Charlie is the best. Very amazing person who cares about his customers!!

I was referred here from some friends of mine. I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad but I felt obligated to leave one for this place. Charlie and his gang are amazing. As times are difficult right now for many financially myself included I wanted to take my car to a place I could trust to not rip me off and fix the issue as cheap as possible. I gave my friend a ride to pick her car up and ended up leaving my car there. Charlie called me first thing in the morning explained the issue and fixed it all within a few hours. He is a very sincere man as well as honest. I’m so happy with the service. I will never take my car to another shop as long as this one is in business. Not many people in that business have a reputation of being honest but I whole heartedly trust him with anything my ve
