Was looking for assistance to find out if an old car that had been sitting for a while was able to be started and the service lady for Myers wouldn't even allow me to pay to have it brought in and checked. Worst customer service I have dealt within a long time. I've been in customer service for over 23 years. I would never talk to or handle a customer the way Myers. front desk did. Just rude about the situation. It's clear that if they can't make significant money off of you. Then they're not going to help you! Very poor!

Myers is hands down the best of the best here in town. They're honest, fair priced and their customer service is unmatched. Hope is a pleasure to talk to and always ensures a timely diagnosis review of all problems, big or small. You can call and speak with her or even text if that better fits your daily agenda. The last 2 occasions I had to have work done was October on my wife's Kia and today on my daughters Ford. Each time the group at Myers identified the issue within hrs and got us back up and on our way. Hope has stayed after hours to receive payment and/or turn my keys back over. I could go on and on but just know Myers is the best there is outside of taking your vehicle to a manufacturers dealership service department and of course way more cost efficient as well.

Took my car to Greg and Holly automotive performance shop to get my check engine light on and found it to need to replace thermostat in my radiator. Was very pleased with service and this being my 3rd visit I am glad to find a shop that is very local and wt very honest people. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

FANTASTIC - Gary and Hope are amazing (dynamic duo) running Myers Automotive. A true ‘mom and pop’ shop, they know their stuff inside and out. My wife and I were traveling cross country when our 26-foot RV camper bearing seized-up and began smoking. The bearing and the axle were shot, and we were almost out of options. We just happened upon their shop coming off Interstate 80 and Gary took time from his busy schedule to assess our problem. Since RV parts are hard to come by, he recommended we go to a nearby RV shop, but we soon learned that it could take weeks before our RV could be repaired. Gary made some calls and managed to find the right parts and made the repairs as soon as they came in (a couple of days later). Our trip was saved and we’re indebted to them for their kindness and pro
