I rented a uhaul. I returned it that night and the app wouldn't load. I called customer service and they told me to take a picture of miles and fuel and leave keys In drop box. I was hesitant but I did. I arrived the next morning as soon as they opened. They apologized, check my truck in and sent me on my way. I use them often and I recommend them for a smooth pick up and drop off for your uhaul rentals. They are friendly, helpful and I feel they really appreciated my business.

Had an issue with a U-Haul truck from another location, and they were able to get me switched into a new truck on short notice. Thanks, guys!

I called them an they said 15 for a tire patch I get here an they said 25. They should have honored this this one time. I drove all the way across town.
