Called yesterday about releasing my truck — was told they “close at 1” even though it was 4 PM, so apparently clocks don’t exist there. I put Myles Wrecker Service to the test when they accepted to deliver a mini excavator to my residence. Don't be fooled by the name! I said to myself, if they can move an airplane, they can move an mini excavator! Here's the background... The mini excavator was stranded at a local shipping warehouse as the shipping service could not deliver it using a lift-gate due to its weight of around 2400 lbs. I previously communicated with the shipper to make sure they had the capacity to handle the excavator and they could not deliver at the 12'th hour. Fast, effective, reliable, friendly service. I called Myles Wrecker Service after my car was hit in a shopping center parking lot. The wrecker that my insurance provider contracts with gave me a 90-minute wait time, but Myles had someone there in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed with their kindness and service that I've locked in their number so I can recommend them to everyone I know. They made what started out as a terrible day bearable, if not pleasant.

This was an amazing experience. I would surely use this company again. The dispatch was very straightforward and answered all my questions. The driver that came out to pull my truck out assessed the situation, got his plan together and literally had me pulled out within 30 mins. This may not be the case always but I really appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and dedication to helping the customer.
