Jimmy installed a car stereo that my wife and I had purchased ahead of time. Before he started the installation he gave us various options of what else he could install (along with estimates) such as a camera, alarm system, etc. We decided on installing just the car stereo that we had purchased ahead of time and Jimmy did not pressure us to do more. The installation went great and our car stereo sounds amazing. He offers same day service which was convenient for us since we live 40 minutes away from his shop. Hello again. I couldn't wait to get home so that I could share my opinion on Nagi audio service. First I wasn't sure about going to them because I've always went to cb radio technicians for all my radio needs and this time I needed a parallel battery installation and connection. but Nagi has done other great work for me I decided to give them a try and i'm really glad I did because my friend did a great job and not only was it great he even went far beyond just installing the connection he tested it for me right then and my there and I appreciated that. Should have learned by pulling into the place I was walking into a very cheaply owned place When he first put my stereo in, he told me I needed all new wiring so I paid him to put all new wiring. I get home. My Jeep almost catches on fire and the stereo systems volume is going up and down up and down so I bring it back he replaces the stereo Amp goes bad. He doesn’t warranty it. I had to pay for another amp failed the install the speakers correctly in the back of the Jeep I bring it back today and what does he do? Tell me we broke the stereo and it’s not gonna warrant you. Showed him where the screws came apart oh, you guys broke it. We didn’t break it learned by my mistake. Don’t go here.
