Just left Napa & the really nice guy working was generous enough to come out to my car & help me get the oil cap off so I could add oil. He even helped with a little spill, I am so appreciative!!
Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond when we broke down on the side of the road. Even delivered the part to us (which they had in stock too). Highly recommend.
Very helpful, not condescending at all. From now on I will probably spend the extra time/distance rather than getting auto stuff in town.
Even though this location is not yet open for business, the employees were wonderful. They helped us out -sold us batteries - and even offered tools if we needed anything for the installation. Thank you!
The store looks fantastic! Great inventory and knowledgeable staff.
