I bought a battery from this place in November 2023 and they told me I have to use warranty on it last month the battery died I went to the store I give them my name and my phone number to look it up this is all we can find you they did not honor the warranty I contacted the company Napa I talked to them about the store and what they did then then I received a call from the store saying all play telling me that's all there I will try to help you then the next day tell me what we found your receipt but it's not in November it's in February so how is it that they found the receipt after I made the complaint and they did not find it when I took the battery in and I gave them my name and my phone number so they fabricated the receipts and back dated it so they wouldn't Arnold the warranty be

I would give them six stars if I could. They were super helpful, not only providing the battery I needed to get my car going back again, but let me borrow their tool box to get it changed. And all of this for about half the price I would have had to pay at the dealership.

These guys are great help me out alot with my 50 fleetline

I cane here on a sunday and they were closed! Unsure if they closed for unspecified reasons but i was very disappointed. We drove 20 mins just to arrive to a closed sign. The hours they have are very incorrect and suggest a change in times. Google said it was open!!!
