Warrenty out a socket they told me they need the whole set so I went across town to get the whole set to warrenty it out. Now they are just going to warrenty just that one socket what’s the point on making me go across town. I told the manager and he didn’t care what I had to say.

Rowan at the location on 2nd street was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and never spoke down to me with all of my absurd questions. I am not a car person and he made the process comfortable for me and was so kind throughout the experience.

This review is specifically about Helen, a front counter employee at this location. I ordered an alternator online, something happened with the core deposit that I was charged twice, she noticed this and immediately fixed it and even helped me get a better price !!! Thank you for making a difference, God Bless You Helen !!!

terrible customer service. they insisted everybody walk to the front to grab a ticket, but only called one of the numbers, then forgot which number was next. so nevermind about the tickets now, suddenly it's "uhh...whoever's next" and I'm standing there like a chode with the ticket in my hand while new people are walking in and getting helped before me. i forgave it though. once i (patiently) made my way up the line, two chatty employees saw me and looked embarassed, attempted to make conversation by asking about my car, but suddenly became dismissive and cut me off mid-sentence to tell me the total. The lady specifically. My girlfriend and I were shocked and we were actually in a good mood when we walked in, and now our moods are ruined. Terrible people. At least they had what I needed t
