These guys are great. They are always quick to help.If your not sure what you need exactly, they cam usually figure it out.If they don't have what you need. Donnie and Gene( who have been there forever) are quick to order whatever it is chances are if you go in once, they will greet you with a smile and by name on your next visit.

Great sales staff. Most have been there for many years and know mechanics. They are always in a good mood. One Sunday morning I broke down near San Antonio TX. I called Gene and he knowing my truck was able to give me the part number for the belt that broke. (I happen to have some but didn't know which one) You can imagine the AAA lady when I called back to cancel the tow and told her I fixed it myself.

I have been going through Napa auto parts since I have been driving they're all nice people and very nice and helpful it's a very friendly way to get a few parts that you my need

would not replace a napa battery I purchased at another napa store even though the warranty was valid called corporate & was told these franchise stores dont have to honor the warranty in any way better to force a sale on you for the same item than to have morals & help you out corporate said they would be reimbursed for battery anyway so they didnt see why it was such a problem does that tell you anything Gene the counterperson has an obvious phobia of handing $$ to customers, instead he throws it at you each time I've been there go visit chris & his crew in W rutland NAPA & never have problems
