NAPA Auto Parts

Majority of workers here are not willing to help. They are extremely lazy and don’t know anything about automotive. Rich and very few others are your only hope. I started going to the other 2 in hollidaysburg and haven’t had a single issue there.

Visit was great. Visit was for a battery exchange, purchased a battery 5 months ago and it turned out to be bad. Went in with battery and gentleman hooked it up ran a quick test and saw battery was bad. He went grabbed me a new one and our the door I went 5 min after I arrived. Very employees there have always been very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Called Napa to exchange some parts and they kept hanging up on me. And we're really rude when I came to exchange the parts. I recommend Napa in hollidaysburg much better customer service. And don't hang up repeatedly when you call them.

They did not tell me there was an added fee if I did not give my old part in exchange. But they were extremely busy, phones were ringing, but took time to look up my vin to see what part i needed. Top Notch employee service always
