Absolutely the best Napa in West Virginia! We were driving 10 hours from South Carolina to Pennsylvania when we broke down with truck issues. The 2 gentle men that worked there were very friendly to us and assisted us as best as they could. Thankfully they had the part and let us change it out in their parking lot. Super friendly staff. $20+ lower price than everyone else. Got brake pads AND wipers for the same price! Plus they put the wipers on for me. Def recommend!!

Took advanced auto over a month to tell me that they couldn't order my radiator. After ordering it and paying for it they tried not to give me my shipping fee back. The guys at napa had my radiator in 3 days! Don't waste time with advanced auto. Go to Napa!

Friendly and helpful staff. When my car battery died on a cold winter day, they brought a new one and installed it for me, along with bringing a pair of jumper cables that I purchased with the battery over the phone. They saved me a lot of concern about getting my dead cat to the shop and about being able to drive to work the next day.
