Terrible Customer Service. There’s an older women with grey hair who works one of the registers, I had bought a battery 2 months ago that they had told me was the right one for my car, it worked for 2 months and then stopped working completely. The lady then immediately did not help me out because I did not have my receipt saved since it was 2 months ago. I had told her about the warranty and how it was the wrong one to exchange. She immediately told me that all that did not matter because I did not have a receipt. I’ve bought many tools and parts here before. I even gave her my phone number with my account and she again told me it was useless with no receipt. Definitely got scammed, do Not Recommend.

I visited the store at 2911 E La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806, and had a disappointing experience with one of the sales representatives. I went to pick up a box of bolts that had been ordered, but the employee denied the order and later gave me a smaller box after I had paid for a large one. I was surprised and disappointed by this situation. I hope the store will review this matter to ensure better customer service in the future.

People here like Mr.Joe, Glen and Ivan are very friendly. Always helpful and you can not go wrong with what you need. They are honest and will guide you the best way to decide on what to get. Good customer service is not something easy to provide if you do not care. I highly recommend Napa at La Palma being the best auto store for me in OC. Prices are great and their warranty is also fantastic. Joe is very pleasant and patient. Knows how to listen and will take time to understand what you need to buy and then he tell you the right way to know what you are actually buying. Some people they just want to make business this store knows how to care for their clients. #Outstanding service#

Horrible customer service went in to pick up an online order today and the manager told me the order didn't exist. So I called corporate office to figure out what happened because the manager couldn't figure it out . I was told by corporate that the order had already been picked up meaning they gave it to the wrong customer. If your looking for this experience just ask the old grumpy manager . The manager should be able to use a computer for such a position

We used to buy antifreeze from Anaheim Napa auto. I I tried return unused antifreeze with receipt but was declined by store manager Frank. So I contacted the district manager but he just brushed me off saying whatever Frank says. Horrible service will never buy anything ever again from this company
