NAPA Auto Parts - APAN III, Inc

Took my Infiniti here to get a battery light checked. They said the battery needed to be cleaned, as it was corroded. They said $149. I'm not a car guy, so I said sure. I find out after calling other mechanics locally, that this service was any where from $30-70 bucks! By the time I found this out and was going to call them to cancel, they called me saying they were already done. There was not one mechanic from the 5 that I called that said anything over $70! They charged $150!!!! And after I got home, the red battery light came on again anyway. I feel totally taken advantage of and ripped off.

Don't be fooled by the napa name,I was. Your car will be repaired by Cherry Hill Kia dealership. $589.83 in labor charges for a water pump. And they replaced oil filter when I told them not to. They also said I received AAA discount but was not on receipt to prove it.

I had trouble finding a place that would take my extended warranty. This place showed up on repairpal.com . I called and the service guy Camron (sp?) immediately let me know he would work with any warranty that will work with him! He offered to have me bring it right over which was great. I had already been without my Accord for 2 days. Needed a water pump and I was a little afraid it was a little bit too big of a job for them. WRONG! It was done and covered by my warranty. they had the part there at the attached store! I was back in my car in 6 hours! The mechanic showed me the broken pump and he fixed a nail in my tire I didnt even no was there for no charge! Thank you, Cam and Eddie and I will be back!!

Service department is top notch. All staff I spoke with are very friendly, and Mr. Bill is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I will continue to bring my car here for all future maintenance.

their service department is amazing! had an issue with my honda van. they put a new belt and alternator in the car. replaced a really bad corroded terminal and a bad TPMS sensor that has been bad for over a year. So thankful that they fixed all of that. It broke down on me a few days while i had my 3 kids in the car. Wont take my car anywhere else! They didnt try to over sell anything and was honest!
