They went above and beyond to help us out of a pinch. We lost an alternator and had to change it outside there place in the snow. The first alternator on a 6.7l Ford f250 that we replaced was not good. After very helpfully working through the problems and getting a good diagnosis they got us a second alternator and put us on the road. Awesome customer service.

First off, dont make your customers do your job for you. You can easily attach ends to a battery cable. If you dont have the parts then you should offer to order them in. We shouldn't have to call again to ask for parts to be ordered. I was a manager for a NAPA store and these folks here act like they have no clue what's going on. They had to order battery cable and connectors from another store for us which took until the next day, then when asked if the parts came in they said they could "figure something out for us". You shouldn't have to figure anything out, you should just make the cable for us with the parts you supposedly ordered! And don't say you can't make the cable when I know you have the crimping pliers in the back and it takes maybe 5 minutes. It also shouldn't have taken a h

I showed up to return part that I got within the last couple weeks and these guys told me they could not find it in their system and they could not return it. NAPA part number Napa part Mitch was incredibly rude at the counter. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Napa was rude and unprofessional, or at least their representatives were.
