NAPA Auto Parts

Usually i don’t review places but today i felt as though i had to so i can warn others about the service here. I went in for a battery replacement and the battery terminal was left loose causing the whole car to turn off. thankfully i was pulling into a parking lot and not oncoming traffic. I left the place thinking everything was fine based on their reassurance and now i’m finding myself having to purchase more parts and not able to drive my car. Please make sure you are double checking their work.

Wanted to give kudos to Moses who recently helped me purchase and change a battery for my wife’s vehicle. I received a wonderful customer experience and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Napa. I feel the APP and the website both need some fixing because I choose Napa for $25 brake rotors and 20% off my online order and the ability to do in-store pick-up for my order. I wanna say maybe once was I able to place an order and pick it up the same day without any items being removed or cancelled because they don’t have them in stock at the time or whatever. I usually check before hitting add to cart that the part is in stock. The app is Impossible to pay for any online ordering and the ordering process is stressful and agrivatting because of the little floating promo code window that stays at the top of the screen while scrolling down the page and even worse is the disappearing check out now button on bottom when it decides to show up if it shows up. We came in before closing on the day right before an issued freeze warning. There to welcome us was Angel, he helped us with finding out what battery we need and ordering for us. He called us promptly when it arrived to the store and even when we came to pick it up he was busy with another customer but instructed his Coworker Victor to take care of us and he did very well. I was also surprised that Victor was already briefed on the situation and able to help with little to no information. 10 out of 10 would recommend and come again!

Such a champion. I came in looking for parts for an obscure vehicle, a 1995 bus. The counter guy went above and beyond to compare their inventory (and images) to find the parts that they had but didn’t show up in the search. He saved the day! I think his name was Victor
