The review below me doesn’t surprise me one bit. They seem knowledgeable but I usually have an unpleasant experience. The two older men I experienced were blatantly sarcastic and rude. Don’t recommend if you want a wholesome and friendly experience.

I called to get information about a hub seal for a 26’ box truck, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude. He clearly did not want to help me, and the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend calling this company for any advice or information.

Napa brake pads are outstanding. I drive a lot 20 year auto technician and pads are the best. The vehicle even handles stronger.

If i could put a zero i would!! Rude rude rude Old guy with white hair was rude as hell… gave me attitude about using my card so i said fine i will get cash asked if i could get military discount and told me no it was to late after making me stand in the store for 10 minutes while the other guy wouldn’t ring me old just wanted to only answer the phone!! I will never go here again!! Do not Shop here horrible staff!!

This is a great place to pick up some parts. They’re extremely helpful. Jim was great, if I lived in the area I’d probably end up here every day. In a pinch I was able to bypass my heater core with a couple of couplers they had available. A+
