Had been to all the other autoparts stores in the area, including the Chevy dealership 3 times for a specific part and this place was the only one to find us the right part. Roger is who helped us and actually took the time to go the extra effort to get details like measurements to find what we needed! Not only did he find it but it was half the price the other places had sold us the wrong part and we had to return several times. Give this man a bonus, thank you Rodger!!

You kno my father showed me this years ago. There is no big sign out front saying you have to come here. As we had a paint & body shop with great customer relations 20 yrs you have to earn the trust And build a business on that. Rude employees don’t cut it. I had one bad situation today. I will try it one more time but I will always ask for a different sales person than the rude middle age guy there today . I chose to go there. , But yes. I trust Napa , the parts are great / the price is great. But if you go here either ask for the young guy. Or the older guy. I won’t tolerate rude behavior, I don’t think anyone else will either, folks will just simply go somewhere else .
