Went in looking for a pretty basic part for my car - the gentleman behind the counter couldn't have cared less if he tried. I definitely will not go back.
Mike was wonderfully helpful when we found ourselves over heating out of Reedsport. Checking on all the parts, as we were trouble shooting, calling a local friend to see if he could help get the issue fixed. Once we made it to the store he had the part waiting. Even checked on us a bit after closing to make sure we were good!
Mike and Jason are great. Super helpful and friendly. We came in a little over-whelmed with the project we were working on and they gave us great suggestions that eased our worry and made sure we had what we needed to do the job. Will definitely come again
Great resource for auto parts far from other stores. Great if you happen to be passing through or live in the area. And the staff are friendly and helpful. Recently, my car battery went dead and the staff gave me a portable charger which got my car started nicely - and they didn't charge me for the charger!
Quick, easy shopping. Always have what I need in a pinch. Thank goodness they are still open in such a small town.
