These guys are really nice and willing to help you anytime, even giving good advice. I had a loose gasket on my windshield and called NAPA know-how man on the phone to ask about it. I already had some silicon windshield sealant, and I brought it into the shop to see if it would work. Instead of trying to sell me their version of the sealant, the NAPA Know-how man told me I have just the right stuff for the job. He told me how to apply it, and it worked great! Thanks NAPA know-how man.

Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I've been going there for auto parts for 25 years. They will take the time to help you find the parts you need and insure the part is right. You can park on both sides of the store, that is confusing sometimes.

NAPA has routinely provided a ginuinely pleasant experience throughout the time I've been shopping there. I'm a convert from ORiellys a few years back and have since found their attendants knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. They've had all my immediate requirements on hand for predictable prices, and have made notable effort to expedite grueling process where possible.
