This place was just off the Interstate, so easy to get to. My wiper blades weren't getting it done and I had to find replacements (it was raining). They had what I wanted and it happened to be on sale. Replaced the pair in the parking lot and continued West. Huge difference in visibility.

Very helpful employees. Helped me put on new windshield wipers and refused a tip.

Nappa is awesome! Every time I go there, I don’t know much about cars, but they always help me out. The people who work there are super nice and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I used to ask my dad for help with car stuff, but now I just go to Nappa because they make things so simple. They really care about their customers and make sure I’m taken care of every time. If you need car help, I definitely recommend going to Nappa!

The guy working the counter on 8/4/22 at about 6pm (gray haired white guy about 55-60 years old) shouldn’t work with customers in any capacity. He had the worst attitude I’ve experienced in a long time. Will take my business anywhere but here.
