Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. We went in for ignition coils looking at about $165+ each, the guy at the counter told us about the AAA discount which took the price down to $114 each.

I've been to a lot of NAPA stores in my days, but this was above and beyond the best experience I've had. My car broke down just outside of Ashland, OR; I was able to get it to Yreka. The guys here were super efficient about getting me the part I needed, and super kind. Great customer service. They even loaned me some tools so I was able to fix what needed fixing and get back on the road. Highly recommended.

On 9/26/23 I needed a specific battery for my RV as it had died. Don at Napa Auto Parts on Main Street, Yreka, SAVED me! I was at a rest stop and he gave me clear directions to find Napa in Yreka. He assured me he had the battery I needed and would handle everything. When I arrived an hour later he quickly provided me with the parts and assistance that I needed. He is my hero. It's NAPA! do I need to say more? The guys down there are awesome! I have some mechanically inclined teenage daughters and they have been patient and really helpful to them. They even take care of my "future mechanics" my little boys... They are keeping the small town feeling alive!

Last week my boyfriend and I broke down on the 96 about 60 miles away from this Napa and the motel next door. We ended up getting towed over there and in the morning we replaced our fuel pump in our truck. If it hadn’t had been of the excellent service from Don and the rest of the workers, we wouldn’t have been able to get out of this nightmare situation. They had the tools we needed ready for us to borrow when we got there and were very helpful. I’d highly recommend this business.
