NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Tire and Parts

A break down on new years eve driving a 1000 miles with two young children is the last thing someone wants 😕. With auto shops closed this was the closest store I could make it to and I couldn't have found a better one. A lady Lee (I'm horrible with names... Leelanau?) Went above and beyond. She and her staff did everything they could to get me the parts I needed and made sure I could fix it and continue my trip. Not only the staff but the customers who gave a helping hand. I have never meet such a nice community. Because of this store I was still able to make it home b4 midnight to kiss my girlfriend 😘 lol. But more importantly having my children at home in bed instead of a hotel uncertain of how I'm going to get my car fixed. Thank you again to everyone for there help!!!

They are awesome!!!! I love going there for the stuff I need for my truck. They are helpful and they don't treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm a woman. I will tell everyone about this store.

Best group of parts people to work with, I go there for everything. I own a Dozer business and they are experts at making up hoses and getting me filters and such I also have a dump truck which the help with parts on also not to mention my personal trucks

Not helpful at all. If they cared they would take a little time to make sure you have everything you need and stop overcharging people!!

Helpful, friendly people. They only test alternators if they've been studying hard... just fyi
