Winebaughs Competition Tow

The staff were helpful and quick to respond when I was out of town with a flat and no jack. Cost was lower than I expected. No complaints!

Absolutely worst service ever. I had a blowout and needed a tow. I called Competition Towing at 10:43 am. I was told they could get to me in an hour. 12:17 pm I called them again and was told that the truck had to go to Peco. I thought I was next but Peco had priority. They said it would be another hour. It is now 106 degrees. I called back at 2:30 pm. This time I was told they could not get to me. They could have told me this at 10:30. They had me wait in the heat for four hours only to be told I was out of luck. They had me sitting in the heat for nothing. This company is a total embarrassment to the Winbaugh name. If you are the little man you mean nothing to them. I am 71 years old and they could care less.

Absolutely do not recommend. Over priced, poor service, and certain workers there are completely rude fools.

Called this place for two tires and I’m glad I didn’t go to them. We were just inquiring about tires and I told them I found somebody else they called back said thanks for wasting our time and hung up in my face. How rude. They’re overly priced and bought out the small companies so apparently they are arrogant enough to speak like that especially to a woman. Told the people in the next town too. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a driveline in a semi truck fail at 3:30am. Steve Winebaugh promptly responded with a large tow truck to my location. He was quick and very knowledgeable about the job. He towed me to his truck shop. His crew jumped into action when they opened at 8:00am. They determined that I needed the driveline rebuilt and took it to a driveline service company in a nearby major city. Overnight, the other company rebuilt the driveline, and Steve went and transported it back to his shop for immediate installation. I can't give this company a high enough rating. The choices ended at 5 stars, Steve and his team deserve 7 stars for how they conducted their business.
