Had what I needed at a reasonable price

Every time I have called Napa if they didn't have the part they ordered it and it was there within just a few days and I were nice and courteous and very respectful

My 2010 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi had and idler pulley that went bad. Very bad it was worn down to nothing I went to 7 different part stores and even the dealership (auto plaza) and they all told me that it was a special order part blah blah blah. Then i went to this place and got lucky enough to get help by an employee I ""think"" his name was nick. Anyway, he told me no it's not a special order part and brought me a pulley and promised it would work and let me know that the reason the pulley I took off of my truck looked so much different than the new one was bc my old one was worn down to nothin.. So I took the new one home and put it on and it works great. Oh, and he was able to get it for half the price everywhere else was wanting to charge me. Excellent service and honest employees w
