We recently purchased a travel trailer from the dealership and had a great experience in the sales process along with working with parts to purchase some additional items to add to the travel trailer prior to finalizing the purchase. We had our previous camper for 15 years so it was a huge change for us to upgrade. The sales process went well they were not pushy and showed us a few models that we wanted to see. They tolerated our children running around while we were talking numbers. Overall they feel like a nice family run dealership. Andy the parts manager really went above and beyond helping me and communicating with me when we were adding extras to the travel trailer. Everyone there was extremely personable. The sales team Blaine and John work very hard to make sure you find what you’re looking for. Andy in parts is very knowledgeable and organized to get you the right things you need. Greg is always willing to help get you taken care on any warranty issues you may have. Will always makes sure that any work you have done there is done right. Dana the assistant general manager is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. I’m a loyal customer to a business that treats me well, their customer service is top notch they make sure to treat you with respect and assure you that you are very important to them. I will definitely continue to take my business there and recommend that you do too.

Cathie and I were truly blessed by a wonderful experience at Parkland RV. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable in getting everything we needed to set us up with our new truck camper. From the front desk to the shop guys….. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
