Great access to auto parts and supplies. If they don't have it, they can get it. Generally excellent quality products and great service. Great car folks!

Stopped in for a new battery for my car. Ended up having a blown main fuse. Unfortunately that part wasn't available at the store. Brady went above and beyond in his assistance with getting my vehicle back to working order. Providing a vast array of knowledge and problem solving to get me moving again. Highly recommend this location for their friendly service and helpful attitude.

I just wanted to say the Napa staff went above and beyond in taking care of my needs when I was in a bind. I had previously gone to other stores due to hours, pricing, etc... but this Napa location has earned my business for life. They have a better selection, better know how, and better customer service than any other shop in town and that is well worth a few bucks more, or having to wait an hour for them to open. I never once got the feeling that they were "too busy" for me as a customer like I had in other nearby stores, nor did they try to cram me into the "year, make model" box and were willing to hear my situation out and offer GREAT service and advice. I would come here again and I am happy to recommend that anyone else comes here as well.

First time I went it, very kind elderly man who was more than helpful with getting lightbulbs and windshield wipers. Second time I went in, a skinny guy with glasses who looks like he hates his life and jerksittoWOW, can't even look you in the eyes, was very disrecptful and arrogant. If you go here, go in the afternoon, not in the morning.
