I will never go back here again. On two occasions they tried to sell us services we certainly did not need. I was a customer since 2022. I had my power steering fluid flushed there in 2023. Sometime in 2024 I went in for an oil change and and they reviewed the recommended services for my truck. They told me I needed a power steering flush, and I said to them "Are you sure? I believe I already had that done." We went back and forth about it a little bit and she tried to sell it to me as a routine maintenance. I then asked her to look up the Carfax record to see when it was done. It was then she said "Oh never mind. It looks like we did do it in 2023, so you're fine." The final straw was in 2025 when they tried to tell us the brake pads on my wife's car were dangerous and needed to be replac
Patrick really helped us out with a problem that we encountered with a failed part that needed to be replaced. He was really honest and up front in his conversations with me. I appreciated how much he values his long standing customer relationships. He works hard to provide great management at the Chaska location!
Very detailed and honest folks. Pointed out my tires are 4/32", so I will have to stop back this summer to get 4 new ones. The bald guy, Brett, was fantastic!!!
Tire repair completed where others could not find the problem. Very happy, this is the second time using TGK. Will continue to give you my services as needed.
