NAPA Auto Parts - Auto & Truck Parts of New Ulm

Junk, in the last 10 years I have put 4 batteries in my car the last 2 have been from this trash heap and only lasted 6 months apiece, also the guy at the counter won't even check the battery to see if it is defective and wanted to be belligerent instead. Going elsewhere for auto parts from now on.

The team at Napa is outstanding.. the people that work here are just on a different level. There is very little wait time, they get the job done and fast! I usually come with some beat up hoses and things and they can match anything like they just knew it.. best parts store… best employees and best service!!

These guys are great. They always either have what we need, or they can get it in. Very friendly service and great prices. Also, they accept AAA memberships for the 10% discount, so don't forget to use that!

While visiting to pick up a bulb for my headlight an employee messed with my wiper blades, leaving them both not fully on! I was unaware it was both and later one fell off while we were driving somewhere! An employee that cannot tell the difference between a station wagon (our car) and a minivan (the actual car for the wiper blades) is extremely concerning! To make matters worse my order wasn't available, leaving only option to pay for a product almost double the price. Definitely felt like bait and switch. I left with nothing, contacted corporate, no point in having them call back as i'm not going here anymore!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good quality parts and readily available!! My go to place for automotive parts!
