My go to store for Quality auto parts. Good service and the Manager is a good guy. If they don't havevthe part you need at this location It'll be there by tomorrow. Prices are comparable to the box stores, but better quality!.

Ordered on line. Order was ready for pickup in like 30min. So far so good. Went down to pick up the part. Guy brought it up and its the wrong part. Looks like what I need but hose is way too large. I tell the counter guy. He says "can't you make it work?" So I get him to look for the correct part and he says there are no other parts the one he brought up must be correct. This guy is acting like Im an idiot cause I wont take the part he brought up. I could tell he wasn't gonna be able to help so I told him to just do a refund which he did. Then I went to Autozone had the kid working the counter look it up and he got me the correct part in 2 min. IMO NAPA needs to do some training maybe the kid from Autozone could come over and show them how to be both polite and efficient.

good parts and good price. the guy behind the counter was kinda rude and did not listen to me or answer any questions.
