I ordered my parts online, and received confirmation that they were at the store. I entered the store, and was immediately greeted by Carl. I told him that I was there to pick up my order. He quickly found my order, and brought it to me. Carl is very knowledgeable, and friendly too. I asked him a couple of questions, and he volunteered some other information as well. My experience with NAPA was excellent!

Very helpful, I was not willing to spend $60 on a relay (fuse) not knowing if that was my problem, I asked can't we test this, we're unable to do that here he says and suggested a place that he thought could. After he consulted with coworkers, he ran out to me as I was getting in the car to leave with a new recommendation, and they were able to test the relay switch and found it was still functioning as it should. Saved me $60 and much time not wasted. That kind of service is high caliber. Wished I thought to get his name for shoutout.
