NAPA Auto Parts - Brooks Auto Parts

I was in a real bind, I blew a coolant line , I was stranded at the rest area, I. Called Napa in Dublin, they brought me out coolant, at 430 in the afternoon, great people there five star store all the way,, thanks again guys!

Very helpful, the older gentleman assist with placing on wipers. Hoped they would accept AARP..no yet.. Military..yes

Short version: "Great place. Friendly. Helpful. Got what I need or can order it and have it on site in a timely fashion." EXPLANATION: Friendly helpful staff/customer service was excellent. Knowledgeable. No pushy upsales. Would recommend to future customers. Had everything I was looking for and if the item wasn't in stock it was ordered and arrived in a quick and timely manner. There are quite a few other auto parts places/stores in the area to choose from and this NAPA in particular is my first choice.

My experience was bad. The lady checking me out on the counter was great and very professional. However the driver for the store, blonde hair short lady was very rude to her boss and acted like she didn't want to go do her job which was to drive and deliver parts.

Noah Alligood waited on me,he was clearly a master salesman and easily found all the parts I was seeking and his sweet Hawaiian shirt just screamed friendship and approachability, he sold me parts I didn't even know I needed, but when he told me I needed them, I believed him. We bonded that day, God bless that sweet man.
