Tanner’s Service - A Thanksgiving Eve Lifesaver On the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, we found ourselves stranded on a pitch-dark highway after a brand-new tire unexpectedly blew out. We were 2.5 hours from home and 2 hours from our destination. To make matters worse, our insurance company told us it would take 24 hours to send help, Hero for the Highway had no one available, and the local deputy wouldn’t even come out to ensure our safety. Thankfully, Tanner Service came to our rescue. At 11 PM, they towed us to a nearby hotel and our car to their shop. Early the next morning, Tanner called to let us know he had found a tire, even though it was slightly larger than what we needed. With our approval, he installed it so we could get back on the road, assuring us we could replace it

I cannot thank the kind folks at Tanners enough. I bought a car in Cumming and was driving it back to Florida when I hit something on I16 and had two blown tires on my 2003 Lexus SC430 at 10:45 on a Friday night. I was so happy that Len, Keith and crew were so empathetic to my situation and had me back on the road at 1am! 5 star service from genuine kind people. A+

This company is the worse. Don’t come to them ripping people off to put money down first like that’s not what business do. What’s the down payment for like you don’t already have your labor fee.

I am so grateful to Len, Ann and Wendy at Tanner Service Center. I was traveling from Atlanta to South Carolina and my car started to die. I had just had a new battery and alternator put in the day before. I was traveling alone on I-16 and Tanner Service Center took great care of me and my car and got me back on the road and on my way well before sunset. They went out of their way to fix my car and help me. What would normally be a nightmare was actually a truly pleasant and life affirming experience as I sat in their shop for the afternoon and spoke with them and listened to them genuinely care about and for each and every one of their customers. These guys helped a damsel in distress yesterday. I was stalled on I-16 south near Dublin with a blown tire. They came and picked me up shortly before they closed and took me back to the shop, changed my tire within 30 minutes, fixed some body damage on the vehicle, and the price was very reasonable. They were polite, professional, and a joy to work with.
