Customer Reviews
Melissa at Napa went way beyond the required customer service routine by researching a part that I couldn't even find a picture of online (and I order parts ALL the time). P she called me back within a half an hour had found the part and even gave me a discount when I went up to pay because it was so expensive! Napa you really know how to serve up some service! Nice job!
Really knowledgeable staff at this auto parts store. The price on an relay needed in my Mini Cooper was $3.00 less than on Amazon. This relay had to be ordered and it arrived as promised the next morning.
We do a lot of business with Napa and if they don't have something that you need they will get it ordered for you as soon as possible!! Thank you to the Jesup location and great guys !!!!
Napa is that place to go for that part the chain stores don't have and other specialty parts. Friendly and helpful
