NAPA Auto Parts - Brookville Auto Parts

Friendly and nice staff, however, when my wife stopped here 2 hours from home with a dead battery from NAPA, they tested it and said it was ok and just needed to charge. She had 4 more stops and had to get jumped each time in order to get home. After I charged it all night, jumped it in the AM and took it to Autozone because my local NAPA doesn't have battery service (what?), it was clearly dead.

It's nice to have a Napa in town, but this store does have limited stock compared to some other stores. The customer area is small and the layout feels cramped and disorganized. But the people are somewhat friendly and will get you what you need. The parking area here is small and just not designed right. It needs another way in and out. Dont try it with a trailer unless theres no one else there.

I called, the part and tool needed were in stock, store location is convenient from the Cook Forest area. Thankfully it was a quick fix that allowed us to head home safely.

Workers trying tell me the wrong parts that fit my vehical when i am 100% positive what i need. Then i gave them the part number for what i wanted and they brought out the wrong part. On top of that they had a crappy know it all low energy attitude and i wasnt having it. Ill take my buisness elsewhere next time.
